Your money matters:

Treatment fees and estimated insurance benefits are reviewed with you at the time of your consultation. This is a time for understanding your options and prioritizing your needs. Dr. Davis will work with you to form a “game plan” to help you reach your dental objectives. When treatment needs are extensive, financial arrangements are available.

Helping you with insurance:

Beginning with your second visit, as a courtesy to our patients with dental insurance, we will accept scheduled benefits available to you as partial payment toward your treatment fees. The remaining portion (deductible and co-payment) is your responsibility. We only ask that you be aware of the terms and limitations of your policy since different insurance plans vary greatly in coverage available. Our secretary can help answer your insurance questions.
