Patient
Satisfaction Survey |
A few years back, we contracted with the Gallop
Organization out of
Princeton, NJ to conduct a patient satisfaction survey
in our practice.
Fifty patients were chosen at random to participate in
this in-depth survey.
The questions were designed to measure patient loyalty
and were grouped into
the following six dimensions:
Completeness
Accessibility
Credibility
Relationship
Trust
Impact
While nobody is perfect,
and we are always looking for ways to get better,
we heard a lot of very positive feedback from our
patients. What follows are
statements and comments taken directly from the
Executive Summary Report for
this survey:
OVERVIEW
"Patients are very satisfied with the care they receive
at this office. They
have extremely complimentary things to say about the
skills of Dr. Davis and
his staff. In addition, they found the office atmosphere
to be inviting,
comfortable, and well run."
CREDIBILITY
"Of those patients referred to a specialist, 100 percent
say that a
specialist has had complimentary things to say about Dr.
Davis. Dr. Davis
has obviously done an outstanding job of maintaining
relationships and
respectability with specialists."

Again, one of the few perfect scores in our system was
