Deborah Fears – Practice Administrator

I have been involved in the dental industry since 2000. I support Dr. Davis’ mission in providing patients optimal quality dentistry in an environment that makes the patient feel part of our dental family. It is an honor to work with someone, such as Dr. Davis, who strives only for perfection and honestly takes the time to both listen to and hear what the patient wants.  We definitely have the patients’ best interest at heart; however, we still enjoy having a good time. This will make your visit to the practice not only a professional experience, but a fun one as well. I have a huge passion for building relationships and look forward to personally getting to know each one of you. Away from the office I enjoy going to concerts, football games, antiquing, and entertaining.

Janet Siaca – Dental Assistant

My dental career began about 9 years ago. I really love what I do because I am constantly learning and I get to meet new people every day. I am grateful to have joined Dr. Davis’ team. Both Dr. Davis and I share a common goal and that goal is to provide quality dentistry in a professional and caring environment. It is a pleasure to work with an individual who has a passion for dentistry like Dr. Davis does. Outside of dentistry, I enjoy spending my time with my husband and 2 sons, photography and just experiencing life.

Mariann Mote – Dental Hygienist

I have been a dental hygienist for over 30 years and still love what I do. I feel blessed to work for Dr. Davis, the best clinician and educator in Atlanta. My knowledge of dentistry began at the University of Pittsburgh where I graduated from the Dental Hygiene program. I obtained my Master’s Degree in Education and taught dental hygiene at Pitt for almost 10 years. Throughout the years, I have worked in several specialty dental offices. My final home is here with Dr. Davis and his exceptional team. Dr. Davis gives me the opportunity to regularly attend courses so I may continue to learn the newest philosophies and techniques in dentistry. I enjoy sharing this knowledge with our patients. In my spare time, I enjoy playing tennis, taking tap lessons, camping, and spending quality time with my husband and adult children.

Payge Knutson – Patient Coordinator

I am a native Georgian and graduate of The University of Georgia. I recently joined the exciting field of dentistry last fall when I came to work for Dr. Davis. I enjoy working with all of our patients in order to meet their dental needs and truly love working for a practice where everyone has the patient’s interest at heart. In my free time I cheer on the Georgia Bulldawgs and spend time with my favorite four legged friend, Phin.

Dixie Morgan – Hygienist/Dental Assistant

I have been a dental hygienist for 8 years and in the dental field for a total of 15 years. As a hygienist and dental assistant, I feel blessed to be a member of Dr. Davis’ exceptional team. Dr. Davis is committed to continuing education and passes it on to us, as well as our patients. He is an extremely skilled and passionate dentist. I am happy to be a part of this great practice. During my free time I enjoy riding my Harley Davidson motorcycle. I am also a member of a women’s motorcycle club who involve themselves in many charities throughout the year.
